The idea for our insurance company was born out of a challenge we encountered within one of our sister companies, Noble Storage. We began reaching out to other operators in the self-storage industry and consistently heard the same story. It became clear that this was an industry-wide problem, and someone needed to step up and find a solution. That someone was us.
