The idea for our insurance company was born out of a challenge we encountered within one of our sister companies, Noble Storage. As owners and operators of self-storage facilities, we recognized a glaring issue: traditional insurance providers were charging astronomical premiums on self-storage facilities, despite the relatively low risk associated with these properties. This discrepancy was not only unfair but also burdensome for businesses across the industry.

We began reaching out to other operators in the self-storage industry and consistently heard the same story. Insurance premiums were prohibitively high, stifling growth, and in some cases, jeopardizing deals. It became clear that this was an industry-wide problem, and someone needed to step up and find a solution. That someone was us.
